Festive and fun Christmas Marshmallow Pops made by threading marshmallows onto candy canes, coating them in rich chocolate, and decorating with crushed candy canes and holiday sprinkles. Perfect for holiday parties and gifting.

Marshmallow Pops
- 6 candy canes unwrapped
- 18 large marshmallows
Chocolate Coating
- 1 cup melting chocolate
- 1 cup white melting chocolate
- ¼ cup green melts
- ¼ cup red melts
Decorations
- 2 tablespoons crushed candy canes
- 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Assemble: Thread 3 marshmallows onto each candy cane carefully. To avoid breaking the candy canes, you may leave them wrapped and wash gently before use.
- Melt the chocolate: Place the melting chocolate and white melting chocolate in separate microwave-safe bowls and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Similarly, melt the green and red melts following package instructions.
- Coat: Quickly coat half of the marshmallows in melted brown chocolate and the other half in melted white chocolate by spooning the chocolate over them, avoiding the candy cane loop. Place the coated pops on parchment paper to set.
- Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed candy canes and holiday sprinkles over the marshmallows. Use melted green and red melts to drizzle designs using a piping bag or spoon. Allow to harden for about 5 minutes.
- Serve: Once hardened, serve your festive marshmallow pops or store properly until ready to enjoy.
Notes
- To Store: Seal hardened marshmallow pops in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days. Refrigerate if your environment is warm.
- To Freeze: Freezing is not recommended for these marshmallow pops as it may affect texture and flavor.
- Tip: Crush candy canes easily with a food processor or place in a zip-lock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Allow the chocolate coating to harden completely before storing or packaging.
