- 9 cups rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 cup holiday M&M’s
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate and Peanut Butter: Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter to a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until the mixture is completely smooth and the chocolate is fully melted.
- Add Butter and Vanilla: Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Coat the Cereal: Add the rice Chex cereal to the bowl and gently toss with a spatula or spoon to evenly coat all the cereal pieces without breaking them.
- Shake with Confectioners Sugar: Spoon the coated cereal mixture into a large zip-top bag. Pour in the confectioners sugar, seal the bag tightly, and gently shake until the cereal is thoroughly coated in sugar. Repeat in batches if necessary.
- Add Holiday M&M’s and Serve: Pour the coated cereal into a serving bowl, mix in the holiday M&M’s, and serve immediately or store as desired.
