- 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
- Prepare the base: Pour ½ cup of boiling water into a mug to create the warm base of your hot toddy.
- Add flavorings: Stir in 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of whiskey or bourbon, 2-3 drops of aromatic bitters, and 2-3 teaspoons of honey until the honey fully dissolves.
- Garnish with cloves: Take a thick slice of lemon and poke whole cloves into its peel. Drop this lemon slice into the mug for extra aroma and taste.
