Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make Frozen Rosé (Frosè) cocktail that blends frozen strawberries with rosé wine, lemon juice, and simple syrup for a perfect summer drink.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups Rosé wine
  • ¼ cup Simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4-5 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Put all the ingredients into your blender including frozen strawberries, rosé wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend Mixture: Blend until the mixture has a smooth consistency, which will take around 30-60 seconds depending on your blender's power.
  3. Serve and Garnish: Pour the frosè into glasses and garnish with additional strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute simple syrup with granulated sugar, strawberry syrup, or another sweetener of your choice, or omit completely for a less sweet drink.
  • Use the same rosé wine you enjoy drinking, whether dry or sweet. White wine can be used as an alternative.
  • For a stronger drink, add 1 ounce of vodka per serving and consider increasing the ice accordingly.
